I believe everybody has many ways to save their money. It’s not easy though you just have to be persistent. Keep trying till you can save your money! You must have a goal and focus on that, “what did you save money for?” this question has to be on your top list.
This few steps might help you to save money regularly:
-
Pay yourself first after you get a paycheck before you pay all the bills. It doesn’t matter how much, but you have to!
-
I found it’s easier to pay my bills to the date every week. It’s easy to watch my money with a weekly budget.
-
To arrange a budget based on this, your total income, your fixed expenses, such as mortgage, car insurance, hydro, etc and your variable expenses include groceries, gas, saving, etc., these expenses always change all the time. The variable expenses will decide you to save money routinely as long as you stick to your budget. First, you need to subtract the total income to the fixed expenses so the total money left that’s the money to use for your variable expenses to spend.
-
You need to have a budget for any expenses: groceries, bills to pay, medical, entertainment, clothes, etc. and need to stick with the budget. Don’t forget to always put an emergency budget. it helps sometimes to avoid over budget.
-
List the stuff that you need to buy for a house in this month such as furniture, ornament, etc. Do not buy the stuff which is not in the listed so you won’t run out of money before the next paycheck. You need to learn how to postpone not to buying stuff that you don’t need now.
-
Keep track any expenses to control where does your money go and easy for you to cut off the spending that you don’t need.
-
Always put away a small amount of money from your paycheck as untouchable saving even only $50, it will make a big difference in 20 or 30 years later.
-
Stick to the budget, some people like to put money in an envelope or in the jar to know how much money to spend on every expense. That’s actually the best way to do.
Good point!
